yes I have seen my father who is 99 yrs now and in good health and strong. he has habit of eating ground nuts every day with other good habits like moderate eating and exercising etc. I think his habit of eating exact amount every day if it is his favourite dish or simple vegetables is the key to good health. I myself eat every day soaked almonds (8 to 10) every morning.
That's good, best is to take a mix of nuts.

Hi madam, only soaked nuts (peanuts , almonds and walnuts) as breakfast, my ppbs will be in the range of 110 to 130. I am a d2 for the last 25 years. Thanks for the exhaustive information.
