To book any hospitals where people are smoking. I didnt know the smoking was not even permissible in parking lots of hospitals. Same rule shd be applied on gutka eating. And why only hospitals schools too.

fine move but MP / MLA parliament house get subsidized meals why they are grossly overpaid already and common man is expected to give up subsidies etc ? this govt is HAATHI KE DAAT KHANE KE AUR n DIKHANE KE AUR ? GOVT OF INDIA ONLY INTERESTED IN OWN WELFARE NOT ITS PEOPLES ?

Health hazards of gutka chewing are well documented. I feel it is worse than cigar/cigarette smoking, because cigar/cigarette smoke may or may not harm the active smoker or a passive smoker. Subject is still debatable. Whereas gutka harms the active consumer, emits foul smell to persons nearby (sometimes creating a vomiting sensation while talking). and spitting on any surface whether road, footpath, wall, staircase, .... (lising cannot be exhaustive or comprehensive). Chewing tobacco/gutka is a national shame, and is the symbol of hindrance to Swachchhata initiatives.
