will not work....believe me .... 1. parents of students are much concerned even to share their concerns on late opening of schools, behavior of teachers and if they do they are worried the principal may ask the parents to take their child out of the school of the teacher would single out the child ...... 2. can anyone from the law & CBSE guarantee prompt action against the principal of the school ... 3. we have seen several cases in the newspapers of parents fighting for justice but have not got it ......would it be better if the school board/principal are clearly told any complaints would be in-depth investigated and if found the school is guilty huge fine would be imposed. 4. In case of the school inability to pay the fine within a timeline principal, the vice principal and the board if any would be put behind bars within 24 hours post deadline that would work more  

Yes this is an issue to be addressed like prices should not be increase as no tax and the consumer will only see government announcement attaractive "No TAX" but end up paying higher price neither GOvt gain nor Consumer Gain . for that government must declare every week a price for every tax free items ( like stell or gold or petrol or crude ) and if it is less than that declared price no tax if more then people can report to govt that we are charged more so please collect tax on the vendor. nay be an inline registration of vendor and vendor ID must be displayed and public can refer the ID and make compliant online for govt to take action. more  

Very unfortunately, human beings need to be controlled on a day to day basis under watchful eyes. Let us take the recent case of pharma MNCs. They are first order cheats out to take money from ailing cancer and other critical care patients and patient parties and make them bankrupt in their process of amassing huge profit margins. They are cunning to slightly alter formulations and charge exorbitantly against NPPA's ruling. Also take the case of Red and Blue Beacons for our own VIPs. They are so used to this that they consider a separate class for themselves different from the common man. They find other ways to keep the VIP culture intact. Also take the case of peoples non-co-operation with the efforts of demonetization. All wrong doers have been to circumvent the process of effecting a good change by the government and all blame the ultimate failure of the effort to the government!!!!!!!!! So, in effect, any change in the right direction will need continuous monitoring and control by both citizen forum and the government. And the change will be always painstaking slow and painful. All of us have to bear with it with a hope that eventually our nation will continue to raise the bar of good governance and better condition of people of the nation. more
