Like mandatory standards goods like helmet and pressure cannot sell without isi mark in market they. Cannot sell on ecommerce either.
CCPA has passed an order against Amazon for allowing sale of domestic pressure cookers in violation to mandatory standards (QCO) on its e-commerce platform, it has been directed to notify consumers of all 2,265 pressure cookers, recall and reimburse the prices & to pay Rs 1 lakh fine overall.

Incase the STATUTORY standards confined products are not supplied , it is a gross violation of quality terms.
