Got forged with a dell product by authorized dealer and dell tech support
I purchased a dell battery for my laptop from dell dealership. My product stoped working under warranty. The thing is as per dell the dealer tampered the product number of my battery while selling so they will not give any support to me. They are telling to contact the dealer. While contacting dealer he is telling the product code which their in your battery is original they have not tampered. Unnecessarily i am facing problem in their dispute. Can i know if the dealer is authorized with dell then whose responsibility is this yo give me support? more

Dell must keep a watch on this dealer and if he is habitual of such offences then his dealership must be cancelled. more

1. Dell must clarify, how Dell states that the product number has been tempered. 2. If it proved, hand over letter to dealer, with copy of communication from Dell, asking him to replace the battery or face consequences. 3. If dealer does not replace, file police complaint as well file case with the Consumer Forum in your district. more
