Can the government remove the present beurocratic system? Answer is no, because the system is set up by routine procedures, and the people cannot change overnight. So, peoples' involvement can only change the corrupt situation, or corrupt atmosphere. more

The first thing to change is the attitude of the people. The attitude of the people to pay bribes. Bribes can be accepted only if it is given. This attitude of the people may not change. But Government can bring about a change, by not placing big denominations notes of Rs.1000, 500 and 100 in the hands of the people. If so none can give bribe and none can take bribe. Demonetization is the only solution for bribery and corruption. Only Government can do this. more
