governing tamilnadu

this is an appeal to the honourable chief minister of tamilnadu
on the subject of governing differently for better results.
1.the present chief minister, when he was der of the opposition, travelled widely tamilnadu and held town-hall kind of meetings to understand the needs of the people.this practise should continue and if it is not physically possible for him, should be done through his trusted and mature party functionaries.this is the only way to understand the pulse of the people.
2.a periodic meeting with industrialists/business people to understand their requirements and also to keep track of the economic development in the state.in fact this meeting can be segmented into different categories viz.products/small,medium,large etc.industries functioning for ages in tamilnadu and newly formed industries etc may also be segmented since the areas of concern could be different.
3.absolutely no nepotism and favoruitism in any governmental decisions.
4. total transparency in contracts being awarded;in fact an agency with trustworthy credentials should be chosen for this task and their should be a third party audit of this system.
5.the govt.portal should publish on a monthly basis, all important decisions so that all stake holders are kept informed.
6.the poor and needy should not be ignored and the govt.should create a mechanism by which they are in constant touch with this segment.
7.just like mann ki baat, the chief minister should address the citizens of tamilnadu through "tamizhnattin kural".
8.involve the opposition party in all critical decision making process so that there is participative politics in tamilnadu.
this is just a start from my side and there will many more to come.. more

First control the economy of the state which is in very bad shape due to maximum free distribution only to have vote bank in order. Rs. 2000 was distributed to all rice ration card holders irrespective of their income. Second why 100 units of electricity be free Charge for all the units consumed. Third Control the petrol prices. Ensure only needy get freebees. more
You are talking about nepotism to a person who has his son and sibling in his cabinet. Wonderful. And how will industrialists come to TN when those who were already there have been shuttered by politically motivated agitations? more
Good suggestions.will fwd to CM. more
Let’s hope these points will be followed in letter and spirit. more
