GOVERNMENT ORDERS REMAIN ON PAPER NOT PUT TO PRACTICE / IMPLEMENTES : BIG GAP BETWEEN ORDERS &

IMPLEMENTATION :
The order was to be effective exactly from January 2019 . 14 months have gone by .

The counsel for the petitioner said that the government should impose strict ban on the use of single use plastics in Government establishments. This petition after seeing such banned Plastics at a temple site .

The executive and concerned Minister should have taken stock every 3 months , if busy with other issues at least deligate such important health and environment issues to the interested Volunteers as considerable time and energy of the legislators is spent on replying the criticisms of the opposition .
THE GULLIBLE PBLC ALSO GET INTERESTED IN THE MUDDLE OF ARGUMENT AND TOTALLY FORGET THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENVIRONMENT AND NATURE . more

My dear friends let us restrict our discussion to plestic ban in TN . Let us not deviate . Then the concentration on the main topic will be weakened. What do you say . There are circles that did cuss such topics in length . Please join and give your valuable opinions . more
Rules, laws - easy to make. But, the makers should also specify who should implement it, if not implemented what is the consequence for the implementors. And the monitoring should be done by courts or court appointed persons. more
While we all appreciate Japan and its products, reason for which being the country where its PATRIOTIC people living and work for the country, any product comes out of such a country must be with higher QUALITY. the main reason its PEOPLE. In India, how will you rate patriotism? How will you rate countrymen who are looking for an opportunity to divide and attack! Look at the politicians! Most of them accumulated wealth for generations and generations, same time, INDIA AS A COUNTRY WHERE STARVING DEATHS RECORDED EVERY YEAR! Millions of people are homeless, where most of the politicians do maintain HOMES GLOBALLY, IN ADDITION TO BANK ACCOUNTS! Who can change our DESTINY! Atleast Modiji started something towards this direction, however, you can see what is happening in our country, united by the Opposition leaders! The Delhi riots was preplanned by some of the Muslim groups alongwith Congress! So, pls understand OUR ENEMIES are WITHIN OUR COUNTRY, like Pervez Mushraff told sometime back, IF PAKISTAN WANTED TO ATTACK INDIA, 50% OF ITS SOLDIERS ARE IN INDIA ITSELF....! How to get rid of this DESH DROHIES!!!!! Then we will think about implementing the SO PASSED PARLIAMENT LAWS! more

implementation and execution is always a problem in India. Apart from rules, each citizen should be responsible for their own actions taking into consideration society as a whole more
The Court is right in saying about the use of Plastic and the Ban in paper only. No one is bothered about the consequences of using the Plastic as the Government itself shows lethargy in implementing the Ban. Some lip service is done and then leave it to the Public to suffer. You go to any shop / pookdai Police station still you will find shops openly uses the Plastic. The General awareness and consciousness of the Public is at most important. more
