Govt acts on reducing traffic at vaccination centers

Some goods news for the circle. To minimise risk and traffic at vaccination centers, the Govt has now permitted work place vaccination.

Corporates with 100+ employees eligible and I believe even corporate buildings should be able to organize vaccination drives now.

The essential service workers / people at the work place should be provided vaccination at their work place in order not to dislocate the work. The move by the government is praise worthy. more
vaccination at work places.... this is very important and extension of vaccination at medical centers. Many working people do not find time to visit Health centers of Govt to get vaccinated and the go to factories at 7AM and reach home at 6 PM. Hence it is best that the Health Providers team visit all factories and work places, business houses, with fully armed medical kits and vaccinate all those who have not do so till the time. After vaccination, it is better to mark with indelible ink (that is used in voting booth) on the place near injected spot with a small mark with date so that even uneducated people will not escape the second dose. These procedures are must and GOI must instruct all HEALTH PROVIDERS THOUGH ICMR to all States. more
The government should allow a properly programmed mobile vaccination in villages covering all adult age groups so the vaccination coverage can be accelerated. It can be done using ambulances. A doctor should be present to take care of any adverse reaction. more
This is a good step. more
Really an excellent move ! This initiation will definitely reduce load at present vaccination centers & they will be able control crowd at the center . My suggestion may also be considered :- 1) In case of industries employing less 100 persons , nearby industries should be clubbed & vaccination may be done . 2)In small villages with population of around 5000 & having 1000 eligible persons village health centers should be permitted by providing necessary faculties . more
