Govt Hospitals non co-operation attitude

I am 67 years old with disability for last 11 years and live in Gurgaon. I am unable to get Disability certificate from Government Hospital. Have gone to AIIMS and Safdarjung Hospital but find the persons there unresponsive. The hospital in Gurgaon does not have a neurologist so bluntly refused me. My tweets to PMO and Health Minister are not responded. What is the way out to cut the red tapes in this uncooperative scene? more

Such predicaments arise because the patient is not fully cognisant of the applicable rules..... And babus on the other side of the counter make wilful interpretations of the rules depending upon the patient they see across the counter..... Local Circles should take the case to the hospitals..... more
I request Mr. Niraj Kumar to email me copy of his application to the local health authorities/hospital that denied him the disability certificate and I will with the Haryana Health Authorities to get you to the local authority for the purpose. I will be just trying, not promising. more
Please ask your regular Doctor to guide & help you .. normally all General Physicians are handling these type of cases regularly and know the local way to cut through any Red-tape !! more
Mr. Mathur, I know that.

Since he was not able to get help from AIIMS/Safdardung himself, I am just asking him to just get guidance about where & how to get this done from his Doctor who would have dealt with similar cases in the past !! more
For claiming disability related facility and financial assistance, the govt accepts certificates from authorised designated agencies like in the government hospitals only. more
Mr. Niraj Kumar, do you fall within the defined category of 'disability'? If yes, there cannot be a refusal . Just send your complaint to the Director of Health Services of the State you belong to with details of your complaint and documents. more
I tried tweeter but the volumes too high and the politicians pick what they want. Here if its a common issues atleast it gets systematic correction. more
