Why should all hospitals not accept prescription written by any qulified Doctors
Why the patient has to again and again for same tests 😡😠 only because greedy Doctor in any hospitals get their share of 40% cut
Also 40%of consultantation to wards payment

Asking for frequent test is only to generate money for their brothers. Let the test report be acceptable by all. more

All accreditation are used for a specific period, validity of which are recorded in the documents. Further, inspection of procedures/records are done though a prescribed and well documented procedure. The accreditation authority conducts surprise inspection (s), as also detailed investigation, if any irregularity comes to their notice or complaints received. Further, such laboratories are required to maintain an internal audit system for periodical audits. Hence, Test Reports of Govt. of India NABL certified testing laboratories cannot be refuted by any authority in India or abroad. However, one can make a complain to the accreditation authority if the test reports are considered fabricated or otherwise improper. more

You visit the offices of the Testing Laboratories, and you will find hanging on the wall all sorts of certification for doing business. You have just to enquire how many times the Standards organisations have visited these labs to check the accuracy of tests conducted. more

I shall urge the Medical Council of India as also the Indian Medical Association to issue directives/advisories to all medical practitioners to accept test reports of any pathological laboratory/imaging (X-ray, CT scan,MRI etc.) centres, who are accredited by the NABL (Govt. of India). Such authorities should also decide about the formats and validities of such reports. more

As such most of the doctors are unable to do proper diagnosis due to over dependence on medical tests....some companies atleast provide some knowledge on the medicines through seminars....all are not taking them abroad I believe....so prescribing brands has some positive sides as well...but govt. has taken a good step by printing the generic names in large bold letters and brand in smaller letters....
