registration is important Govt. may plan to issue registration card on birth and be updated time to time till death. more
Please mention the website for downloading the Draft of amendment. more
Regn. of Death intime is most important and Aadhar Card for 5 Years Age is a Must. more
First of all there should be an online portal which should capture all these details aicertificate that death happened not due to covid with a charge so that the relatives can get the body otherwise the body will not be given by the civic authorities and all the belongings of the covid patient were gobbled up by the concerned people and treatment to covid patients in the hospital was very bad since there were no scrutiny as no one was allowed.Civic authorities took advantage of the same and swallowed huge amounts of money. Also getting a death certificate is a hassle as mentioned by Shekar since if one does not give money he will not get it.In govt depts without money nothing happens and bribe is from top to bottom that is the reason one joins these lucrative posts No amount of ACB or lokayukta is effective in curbing more
Government should bring in accountability to the post of Registrar. Registrar is the final authority and (after due considerations) he has to issue the certificates within 10 days of birth or death. A weekly and monthly data prepared to indicate the applications received and certificates should be made open to public. This has to be reflected in the amended document. more
