GRAP measures are OK but we are taking such precautions under compulsion when we are left with no better options. Where as proactive measures are required to be taken to avoid such scenarios. We have seen very good improvements in air and water quality after taking drastic measures during Covid days indicating that good results are quite possible to achieve. The only thing required is making of a good policy and sincere participation in achieving the results by one and all for the benefit of our country and humanity as a whole. Narinder Sharma more
