It is the strength of the members of Local Circles who have been raising valid points for consideration by the various agencies and authorities. The collective strength is giving the agencies and authorities the feel of pulse of the public and they are forced to act. We have to give full points to the Government/authorities who are becoming more and more responsive more

At this point, I would like to commend the work of many of the circle members here who have been relentlessly posting various issues and also suggesting possible solutions. That way, this is becoming a Government BY the people also. It is hightime that the ordinary citizens take ownership of the activities of this country. Local circles is certainly one effective means of this ideal. more
