I have read it twice last night twice. This order have more contradictions than clarifications or new directives. I do not have the time to explain to three response comments. Just continue as we were doing since the first "Lockdown" and be safe. Stay home. The bureaucrat who drafted this order may undergo some more training in drafting an order. STAY HOME,STAY SAFE and forget the new order. more
