Grofers or Blinkit violates MRP laws blatantly
A friend received an order for the attached product from Blinkit . The product has an offer price from the manufacturer of INR 20. This Blinkit app lists it at 21 (not 20) and sells it for 21.

I never received any instructions to buy online from any one. If you do not want to go online shopping be happy to move around the market and spread/receive infection of many healthy infections. Good luck. more

Grofers deliver goods, when a buyer studies the rate offered in signage and not as per the MRP. Secondly,incase a buyer places his order telephonically,where, the buyer believes, the supplier books the buyers order if not at a justifiable rate but not over MRP. Incase the buyer's experience online order, or telephonic order, the buyer should approach consumer form through a registered letter justifying his/ her claim and endorse copy to the supplier. In both cases by a registered a.d. letter. more

We must avoid online purchase and discourage it asap. Pass a law. Before 1990 we go and buy not on-line! Practice that. Buy what is needed not to please any one. That's it more

If, you are not convinced or you are deceived in any way by any seller whether virtual or physical, please boycott them. Also share your experience in socia media and spread the news across which will have impact in their sales on the long run. Also you can take up the case of cheat in the local consumer forum. Local circles also can help such cheated members by addressing the issues on case to case basis. more
