GST and Way Bill.

Introduction of GST seems to be a very innovative scheme of business and generation of tax to the government. Thus the way bill also is a easier means to deliver goods to the destination. Problems may arise at one or another occasion due to new experience or change of law. However, there must be a sincere and honest officers at various levels to check errors and rectify them easily wherever required. Otherwise, the corrupt staff would harass the public and put pressures on them at the very nick of time and to get the matter resolved urgently, the issue of bribery comes to play its role.

The government must know these things while implementing any law and enactments concerning the society at large. Although every one is not perfect, but discussions on various issues at wider level will bring in the opinions of various corners to get a perfect law. more

We see revenue collected with revenue stamps, Why not have GST stamps for off line payments. more
Unless our parliamentarians come out a with solution of political funding directly from the exchequer and that direct political funding in any form such as in cash or in kind is criminal in nature the bribery will continue. more
No I do not agree. Thew problem in India - only few and very few have been burdened with huge tax. With NO, ABSOLUTE NIL RETURN from Government. As they are minor as far as vote bank is concerned. My concern - Government have been giving so much to 50% to reserved population for the last 50 years another 30 % (Jats, Patels, Muslims and so) are agitating - destroying property generated from my money. I always feel the tax payers should be awarded for contribution to revenue. And why not? First discuss on this subject, than think of Generating revenue as per exiting laws. Other wise we will find one or other way out. Choice is yours - try my idea and see results. Example - why not one who has contributed Income tax during his productive life say - 100 lacs, why should not be taken care as Good as PM / President after 65 years of his age. His medical, his housing, security every thing is as per his status during his productive years. Similarly you can have other slabs. Every contributor is looked after well, after all No Government scheme can function unless we earned and give revenue - whether we like or not. 100% or 10% - but still we give but what about 95% of population how have very little or no contribution at all. Even they kill themselves by drinking and we the fool first pay for educating them - Please please please ............... please do not drink. But he enjoys his life and after his suicide I give compensation. Compare my case I save my money and purchase a car - yet I give huge tax to look after drinking people. It is criminal on my part. more
Please do not worry about bribery. That is a continued way of life and business so far. Changes may happen if every one decides to fight for the Right accepting difficult life and making difficult situations exposed at all levels. Best solution: DO NOT OBLIGE BY BRIBING for getting the things done quickly. Let the country further suffer accepting all the suffering for the honest citizens, as well. more
GST is a trans-formative reform. We have been so used to tax evasion on one hand and indulging in corruption at every opportunity that we consider as part of our fundamental right. Yesterday, I had a call from authorized garage of a reputed auto maker. He offered me a scheme with so many benefits in car maintenance for some annual fee. He wanted it all cash so that I can save 28%. When I declined offer but he continued to convince me to go for it. Finally, I left him dissatisfied with my non-cooperation. more
Corruption takes place only when both the giver and the receiver agree. You have done a great service towards reduction of corruption. I salute you. Please keep doing this. more
