Similarly other Commissioners should initiate immediate actions, particularly of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Panvel, Pune etc and Its suburbs which is major developing areas - more specifically the Builder & Developer who charged exorbitantly high rated GST and take the credit on it - while giving response to customers that you claim refund from Govt. It is dual loss to Govt as well as customers. more
Just imagine, folks, if every "pucca" shop in this country, not counting the street side vendors, would start giving GST bills for EVERY sale they make (and the government must finally come down to insisting on this), our country's fiscal income will become a few thousand percent higher than today. And the government, if honest and conscientious, would be able to invest that money into building, developing and re-building this nation......like they do in other countries of the world........including China !! more
Logically every business or retailer should register with GST authority. Those whose sales are below a certainimits are suppose to register under compounding scheme. In any case they must issue computerised invoice even if the GST is Zero PC. Isuusing such hand written boss means they are hoodwinking the system. more
Items like Almonds and Walnuts and maybe others too have "ZERO" GST more
Still mohalla retail stores and food chains are not issuing proper bills and are pocketing the GST component as part of their profit. They may be sharing part with local inspectors, police etc. Strict action needs to be taken on such people. We should also start asking for proper GST bills to ensure our own safety. With pacca bills the shopkeepers will be afraid of selling substandard products. more
