Yes, they are cheating and there are so many such players and these are the people talk big big negative things about GST, shameless people. And coz of such players genuine traders face problems at various levels. To avoid such things I have the following suggestions; 1. Let Govt provide Billing Software; for whole India One Software - web based (mobile friendly, users friendly, very simple one yet collect imp information what is required, to generate the bill). 2. All the Registered Traders must generate the Invoice through Web based Govt Software only. 3. Make it very clear that Nowhere in India manual billing is allowed. All billing must be routed through the above said Software only. Create the awareness reg this to the general public so that they can demand and take the computerized bill. Once the bill is generated automatically customer should get the bill in his/her mobile. more
I only feel that if KABULIWALA has any reason to be EXEMPTED from GST, then why are they collecting GST from customers and also not giving a printed/ Computerised Cash Memo? more
Obviously, KABULIWALA is cheating the people and the Country of legitimate taxes. The only way of teaching a lesson to these businesses is NOT to BUY from these agencies for a month or two. I agree that the GST department and officials should take action against such people. Why they are not doing so is questionable. more
