Because of few crooks, Govt should not take such a step of abolishing ITC. Before granting ITC, the credibility needs to be checked. Right "check & measures" should handle such cases not at the cost of denying the honest tax payers! more
Why cant the government simplify rules. GST should be paid only by the manufacturers and service providers and no one else. The rates should be reasonable so that consumers are not affected. Why do intellectuals complicate simple things??? Is it that they are providing loopholes for corruption? more
There are genuine cases and website errors in GST system for which you cannot consider whole business as cheats !! there are honest tax payers in small sector also (b2c) and dont catagorise all under one roof, one should ourselves how honest we as common man ! is everybody paid their tax honestly (personal related) I can openly say morethan 50% in ourselves are cheaters, becos of such people we cannot complain everybody, likethat business runs on mutal understanding and trust, so there are genuine cases of errors in filing returns etc., those can be given a chance of rectifying mistake and allow them to do error free next time as GST System is not settled till now and how come we can say all business are cheaters, it takes sometime to understand laws correctly as earlier era of VAT/S.tax/Cenvat also not understood fully till now and GST is a new system so allow sometime to settle the issues & I dont mean punish real tax offenders !! more
Now a days there are many more crooks specially in matter related to finance. That is why we see lot of SCAMS and people will go and hide in foreign countries.Hence in financial scams punishment must be severe and at the earliest. more
Fully agree. Not allowing IPC to restaurants & hotels has resulted in their charging GST but not paying GST to the government by a - not issuing bills and 2 issuing bills on thermosensitive pa[ers so the printed matter disappears in a few weeks. No proofs. They pay a miniscule of the GST that they collect and fleece the customers by charging them thus cheating both customers and government and pocket the money that they should have deposited with the government. It is taxpayers' money. Is there somesecret deal worked out by AHAAR and government? more
