When government has to collect the Tax why so many complexions and variations? It is very difficult to predict for the common man. The culprits will make their way and innocent people will pay the Tax. There is no transparency in GST. Finance minister has made it very complicated. In turn rich people and people who have the opinion of experts will make more money easily. It looks like that present government has not learned the lessons from previous ruling party. There will be negative impact of GST. People will hide their turnover. There are lot of intelligent financial experts and advisors in in India. Many have no moralities. There are always loopholes in the tax implications. From right here some industrialists have started to hide their actual turnover. They manipulate their transactions by any means and manage the black money. The black money will increase and there will be no excuse. more
