Here, Your taxable Liability Starts Under CST Act , And if your annual turn over exceeds 20 Lacks Rs from profession You have to register Yourself Under CST & maintain the Registers /Records of Acctts of tax + Adv.Fee collected from Your Clients . You are thereby, Liable to Submit the returns & deposit the Tax ,deducted from clients, time to time to the Authority . more

There are two issues here one Property registration is seperate and second Lawyer who helps you to get it registered will charge his fees and he can charge GST on his fees as a GST registered practioner !! more
