GST Portal Problems continue

Today while depositing GST amount through internet banking, the portal gave error...at the same time the amount got debited from my bank account, so no receipt was generated by the portal and cash ledger does not show the deposit amount.
So while submitting the grievance for this issue, after filling in all the details in grievance screen, and putting in OTP, the portal gives data error.
So this way one spends enormous time entry, re-entry of details with no outcome.
I am sure like me many will be wasting their productive time in this manner. I hope the authorities will note this and help in having hasslefree functioning of GST portal more

Electronic payment, in a highly digitized current scenario, being the tall order of the day, - should not the entry in bank account be regarded/accepted ,- except in extreme /exceptional cases,- as clinching evidence of 'payment', even with no need for a formal 'RECEIPT". more
