Does Mr Ajay Shah believes that all the items listed by him are required by the middle class people only? The reduced rates of tax on these commodities will benefit the consumers from all classes provided their (commodities) prices are accordingly reduced in real sense. more
In every meeting of the GST Council, there had been instances of lowering the GST slabs in respect of hundreds of items. So it would not be fair to link it with the election manifesto of the ruling party. However, it is important for the government to ensure that the benefit of the reduced tax rates is honestly passed on to the consumers. more
Still we have to faced Hotels and Water cans for GST more
Whether it is a election sop or otherwise, it will bring great relief to middle class consumers. It will also boost manufacturing and sales and help in creating more jobs in these industries. more
The GST sops are meant to please the voters in the pre-election year. The GST rate cuts based on better compliance and better collection are scientific and will stay. more
Traders will not Benfit of reduction in rate cuts. Anti profiteering agency should take strict action against such traders immediatly more
