GST return
GST on the whole is like middlemen in agricultural sector. the tiller gets bare minimum for his produce whereas middle trader gets the cream of the produce. Here manufacturer struggles to get 10-12% whereas Govt. takes away 18% for asking questions and harassing with their officials.
Further a fine of Rs 200 per day of delay of filing return is horrible. I have not filed return (Nil return) as we are not able to secure business. We have two pressures one to secure business and second filing returns.With a part time assistant who takes his convenient time to file as he is paid very less
It will be a boon not to insist on filing return when the transaction is nil and return is nil like in the case of income tax more

There is continuous non cooperation in the Business Sector since Demonetization and increasingly stepping up from GST demanding decrease of limit for exemption of Returns ; easing the format of Returns & Expenses accounting . This is all to totally avoid the incidence of volume of Business as well as in support the Big Businessmen . They are reluctant to use Card Swiping machines , issuance of electronic Bills also since 2017 April LEAVING OFF ONLY THE SALARIED EMPLOYEES REMAIN AS TRUE, FAIR , PROMPT AND ACCURATE TAX PAYERS to Befit all . more
