The Govt. should provide smooth filing facilities & nowadays filing work is very difficult. more
If Govt of the day cannot provide smooth online filing facilities, It do not have any legal or morale right to charge late fee or penalty. On the Contrary inefficient Government and corrupt babus should be asked to pay compensation to dealers. That is the only way to tackle these white collored democratic secular devils and vandals. more
I agree with Mr. Kalpesh Lalan, but I do not understand why he cannot write to the Finance Ministry himself? Kal[esh ji, please search for the contact mail ID for FinMin and you can write there. more
Sirji, I have written to finance ministry as well to PM Modiji, Even to Ministry of Revenue affairs, I hope they read the letter / E_mail sent to them and take appropriate action, I have even written to CBEC, in fact the ICAI has also written to CBEC requesting for date extension, many of us must come out and support this move. more
Dear Kalpesh Bhai The software compatibility is not the issue. The penalty is applicable for non filing of GTR3B before 20th and GSTR1 on or before the extended due date. Those who tried sincerely could file the returns on time.Software has issues but enable us to file returns. However the Trade organisations should represent to Government to waive the penalty in delay in submission of statements for JULY to NOVEMBER and I hope if properly represented it may be taken care more
What is sincerity in filing return I have been trying since many days and not able to file GSTR1 for Nov 17 till Oct 17 was smooth, but for Nov 17 the website is having issues, should comment with facts not just like that !! more
