GST tends to vanish Used Market & Sales Agents

GST council should assembled with some people from used industries & some people from unorganized sectors, because it seems that the present GST rates & it's faces would vanish all types of used market as well as sales agents employment due to heavy GST rates & putting them as service provider while the commission agents was used to got their commission as income followed by deducted TDS, but now principle companies are putting all burden of gst (@18%)on their commission so that an agent have to pay 18%gst+5%tds, total 23% from their prior decided commission. The commission sales/lead agents are employee without fixed wages not service providers, if not ,all types of employees are service providers too, because they paid for giving their services to their employers .The small commission agent for a NBFC like me, are very uncomfortable with forced GST along with TDS .
It may results more and more unemployment & unsatisfactions in forth coming days due to backed out peoples from these industries, while no doubts of boom in New products sales instead of Used items , it means the big industrialist /manufacturers would play some bigger game definitely.
So, i am requesting to the policy makers, to look it to cure within time if possible. more

There are reasons for implementing GST with high rates. Few of them pointed out by Vivek Jaiswal. One of the most important has been noticed by most of the people in the form of financial benefits by Businesses when the rates of GST are reduced. This is one way of giving rise to capitalism where consumer will always be loser. Great Job Done. It might reduce population at least if economy is not improved. more
Absolutely right Shishir kant ji, but surprised that this steps taken by our Modi ji's Govt & had been completely ignored the affects on Used Industries as well as on agent's model employments. All this may caused to more & more unemployment would occurred while approx 80% youth seeking job already.
The rumors about the govt for favoring few known big business houses would may be hardened by not making correction within time because most of them (Industrialists) are not in used industries & if Used industries market vanished, the consumer would be compelled to buy new one products only & the Manufacturers would Rock on. more
FOr any entrepreneur who does earn or do a turnover of 20.00.000/- GST does not apply. Above 20,00,001/- up to 1,50,00,000/- he falls under COMPOSITE TAX so dont worry more
Exploitation of ignorance of most concerned people about GST will be increasing and consumers will be charged exorbitantly. Instead of government these middle people are likely to make some extra money due to his confusion. more
Right ! this is all about one rule ,not all norms. because the principal company made GST registration compulsary for their commission agents for to take ITC (input tax credits)benefits, now what can an underneath agents do.. more
