GST

We are small scale organisation.
May times we received payments towards invoice with reduced amount.
However we are made to pay full amount of GST in advance.
Hence it will be or great help if GST is paid on received amount.
The generation of way bill is another difficulty especially for small scale organisation.
GST was supposed to be concept with One India One text. Hence please reconsider to stop waybill. more

It is easier said than done. GST formalities like payment and uploading the bills are to be simplified. Especially senior citizens are not so familiar with handling of computers. Hence, can some organisation be approach the authorities to change the application and simplify. more
Dear Bahadur Sanjana There are some relaxation for small tax payers like composition scheme, option to file returns quarterly. No e way bill for bills of less than Rs.25000 etc. However there cannot be a an exemption from Tax remittance based on turnover except composition scheme as small scale by TO is a subjective matter. You may be having Rs.5.00 crore turnover and you may consider a small scale business where as another person with 10 crore TO may also say that his business is also small scale business . If the customer is not paying you, then if you feel and accept the non payment then 1.you may reverse the GST through CR Note plus 2.For next supply charge him him higher and ask for advance 3.Always insist for Exworks order In effect try to avoid such buyers who do not pay and use your time to build good clients who pay on time more
We need to rebuild a better model or organizations need to plan for these draw backs. more
If you receive payment of invoice after some deduction, and you agree with the same, it is possible for you to raise a Credit Note in favour of your buyer with GST shown separately. You can file this Credit Note in next month's return and take credit of GST amount therein, so you will not lose on GST amount for short payment. more
