GSTR1

I have raised Tax invoices to Mobile tower infrastructure company and they have not released any of my payments Please advise me how to file returns gstr1 more

The querist appears to be confuses. The tax invoices raised as to what is not clear.Somehow, irrespective of supplies of goods or services ,the GST charged in the invoice is to be deposited to appropriate head IGST/CGST/SGST/UTGST. more
Once you raise the GST bill, no need to wait for payment, if payment is not made within 180days, then the goods receiver, will loose input credit. more
Dear Rajendra Singh Please check whether the infra structure company is registered under GST. If yes check whether you have raised invoices in JULY to November 2017. Assume that you have raised an invoice in JULY. Then you login to your GST portal,go to Return DAsh Board, select JULY,selection GSTR @A,select view.Check whether the infrstructure company has filed his GSTR1. If he has filed it will appear there. If his GSTR No is not appearing in any of the month from JULY to NOVEMBER,it means that he has not filed his return. So please write to him and ask for your money. Whether the party pay you or not,you have to file GSTR3B and GSTR1 if invoices are raised. If there is no response to your demand for money and your request to file GSTR1 by the Infra company, send registered letter stating that the Sales Entries shall be reversed by issuing credit note to reduce the Tax laibility and accordingly try. more
Once you raise a GST bill, irrespective of the receipt of the payment being received. the GST is to be paid as mentioned by Ms Banerjee above. more
Our Understanding: From the query it seems that Mobile tower infrastructure company has set up a tower at your place and for that you are raising the invoice to the company. Our opinion: in this case your are providing service to the mobile tower company. In this case GST payable on due basis. Therefore liable to pay GST on raising the invoice and is liable to pay on the 20th of next month i.e date of filling of GST Returm 3B. more
Opinion is not very clear. Invoice is to be raised by space owner on the mobile tower infrastructure company at the negotiated rate/price every month on a fixed date. The space owner as a service provider will charge GST from the Infra Co, and will also file the GST Return 3B. more
