Help needed when lawyers become criminals and attacks like gundas.
Police is also with them, how can we get justice.

I am writing this serious complaint about a planned, organized attack by gundas and taking forciblel possession of a farm bearing suvey no 371 at Taluka Ambajogai, Dist Beed, Maharshtra.

The facts of the matter are as under:

a) There is a farm land of around 4 acres at above address under cultivation and possession of my brother Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude.This land is with our father & now with my brother who has been cultivating every year.

b) Part of land is under dispute and by taking advantage of legal dispute that is going on in the civil court at Ambejogai; group of advocates in collusion headed by Adv Annasaheb Lomte purchased part of land from opponent part. The dispute is still in the civil court. My brother Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude has cultivated jawar on this farm.

c) We were trying to resolve the dispute with mutual understanding with other disputed party who happens to be our relatives.

d) On 2nd APRIL 2017, Sunday taking advantage of holiday at about 9.30 am a mob of local gundas led by Mr Annasaheb Lomte who happens to be local advocate forcibly entered the farm and destroyed jawar farm and took forceful possession of farm. The mob of gundas was 70 to 80 in number and came with 2 JCBs and my bother and his family could hardly resist them. My brother, his wife & 2 children got hurt in the incident. The mob or its leader was not having any court order or any other document for taking such a forcible possession.

e) Looking at mob and very threatening situation, no one could come for rescue to Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude and his family. At about 11.00am my brother and his family rushed to Ambejogai police station for complaining about mob attack and forcible possession of farm.

f) On duty police incharge Mr Geram did not register the police complaint but made Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude and his family sit in the police station till 8.15 pm and facilitated taking over illegal possession by the mob led by Mr Annasaheb Lomte and his people and clearing of crop with JCB and construction of tin shed on the farm.

g) Helplessly my brother & his family met Superintendent of Police Ambejogai Mr Balaji on next day, Monday 3rd April 2017 and narrated the fact. SP simply said it is not possible that it can happen like this and assured will send a police to site and no such forcible possession will be allowed. However, no much help came forward and no policeman came for the rescue and next day same mob of came at the site and threatened Mr Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude and his family, who has a house at one corner of farm, with dire consequences.

h) On Monday, 3rd April 2017 police accepted a written compliant from Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude but refused give complaint number.

I) The terror of Mr Annasaheb Lomte and his gundas is so high that police and other advocates are not ready to take up the case to fight.

My humble request is to register a complaint & initiate an action against miscreants and restore back possession to lawful person, Mr Balasaheb Keshavrao Dhaigude. more
