Gurgaon Masterplan in the works and no discussion
Haryana government is looking at the masterplan for Gurgaon for 2021, unfortunately like with most other things related to urban planning the government has neither engaged the citizen nor made them part of the planning process. Though by both law and process a charrette for every masterplan is a compulsory part of its development.
But such things are considered frivolous by the government, any government and that is the reason our cities are in such a mess.
The government plans masterplan as a cartographic exercise instead of a people, resource, and quality of life exercise.
We are going to discuss the master-plan in much more detail here and will put up the resources so that the citizens connected on it can give their inputs.
and it does not end up being an exercise by the builder and for the benefit of the builder lobby in the city. more

In 2 years standing alone as the Sole Complainant and despite all odds and fear to life. The encroachment upon Govt. Land owned by the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon has not been removed. What can one think of any masterplan in this city? Encroachment, Debris, Garbage, Stray Pigs, Stray Dogs is all we find here in so call Millenium City which is worse than a small city anywhere else. more

This is a NATIONAL PROBLEM..... BABUS AND POLITICIANS RULE..... AND THE PEOPLE PAY YHE TAXES..... WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM THE5 00 PAGE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA..... WHICH NO ONE UNDERSTANDS..... Rajawat Sir, whoever comes to power behaves similarly - by showing spite for the common man. The Master Plan is basically a clever cheating plan hatched by the top babus and the netas who prosper on land user change industry. It happened during Vadra times and is again happening during Pracharak time!! Only God can save Haryana! He Ram!! more
