Brij Gupta Ji :: Just to answer your another point .. buyer will be losers... actually they wont be losers. The area is in seismic zone 5 and building on drain , it’s anyway unsafe. Its best to take the money back from builder as the property rates in stated area has already gone down by 50% So its neither good financially nor safety more

Environmentalist have been fighting for over 7 years .. I believe that post the order of NGT , it wont be easy for government or other higher courts can ignore. If that happens, sould we Indians ( public) to join and theow out the politicians and bureaucrates ?? How can we be slave to such politicians ?? more

We also read it in the newspaper today. But do you think, it will be demolished after it had been under construction for so long time and they must have got approval from relevant authorities. It will be a long drawn court case and only the people who have paid money to book flats in this tower, will be the sufferers. Why NGT was sleeping all this time.? more
