They did not deliver quality product and even the choice of colour.
On Replacement request they failed to deliver the quality product and colour of choice. So I finally decided to return product and canceled the Order . For this they are insisting for my bank details where I selected the option for cash on delivery at the time of online purchase and paid the amount as cash on delivery.
Now for refund they say that they dont have policy of refunding as cash on delivery. They first offered Cheque payment and I agreed with them and on confirming they said that the vendor does not have that facility so they cannot return the amount by cheque. I also requested on personal refund at one of their center or associated centers located in Hyderabad, India. Even for this options also refused to return the amount. They only insist on bank details for returning the money. moreover they provided an great option that if I do not have bank acc. then I should provide my friends or relatives bank details on authorization. So is it not the same that I need to provide bank details. If I am comfortable in providing bank details then I wouldn't opted for cash on delivery to purchase the product.
Really this Flipkart should be ashamed for making such ridiculous lame excuses and causing inconvenience to the customers that to for an amount of Rs 489.
If any expert can help to resolve issue and point me to right direction that will be very helpful not only to me even to those customers who are really facing such or similar kind of issues.
