Hafta System - Hafta giving and taking are crime, both of them has to be punished for the betterment of the life style of the general public to avoid higher charges from them. Hafta giving by the seller and charging the money from the general public on the items being sold. Government has to be booking this crimes online by the Hafta giving persons, if he/she is licence holder to sell the items in a proper place need to complaint about the Hafta collectors. more
