Hair Oil and Shampoo Ads
It is observed that in the advertisements for hair oil and shampoo products of various companies, the models, mostly film actors, are shown with "Wigs" of shining silky hairs as a result of using the product being advertised. Not a single advertisement shows the natural hair of the model.
Is this not misguiding the consumers. Is this not making false promises to consumers.
It is high time such advertisements are banned by The Advertising Standards Council of India, if it is within their powers to do so. Otherwise Government should take action. more

As long as people are ready to accept an add by any company about a product is real, there will always be millions of ways in which they will be deceived. First of all those persons ( popular /stalwarts in all fields) should follow certain ethics and should not be greedy to endorse such deceiving adds, as they have already earned enough. If there are any adds which are misleading, FSSAI should intervene and both the manufacturer and the person endorsing should be put behind bars. Unless this type action is taken all companies specially multinational would loot this country by supplying sub standard products by giving falls information. All political parties are hand in glove with these big companies as those people can freely donate without being taxed and earn 10 times that by deceiving public. more

Everywhere it is FSSAI which is seen giving the certificate. It is the duty of the FSSAI to verify the claim..Film actors are reel life heroes..they are not real..every one of us knowns that. more
