harassment by procedure
I have been writing on the subject. Now i have a clear distinct case. Say notary attestation. In earlier times there were no mechanism to check the individuals and notary attestation was required. notary attestation was obtained for a price of curse thanks to notary people they seldom asked any question when the agreed amount was ok. Now every one has AAdhar card and complete details are available. Even then notary babu has not been left and is continued to be taken care of by procedure. atleast now would the concerned do away with notary babu? more

Practically, without the deponent's presence the Vital documents getting Notarized. There are several incidents wherein Notary is done without the signatures of Deponent, witness etc. The hight is -the same papers are well presented in criinal cases to the police station, still though therre is NO ACTION. On top of it - when brought to the very NOTARY - he dear to state that do anything - till the Godfather in Mantralaya are there - no body can make any actions against them. Alternate arrangement MUST be made available, so to avoid courruptions and malpractices. more
