Many cases falling under Offenses relating to Elections ; Contempt of Lawful Authority of Govt Authorities as well as COURTS have been pending in Courts and Police Stations EVEN ABOVE 5 years WHILE SOME ARE DRAGGED DECADES TOGETHER. EVEN CASES pertaining to Fiscal Frauds and those lodged ON POLITICAL AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN ALSO PENDING ON NEGLECTED/DRAGGED THROUGH ' STAYS ' in Higher Courts. IT BECOMES ULTIMATE ISSUE OF either 'Freedom of speech ' OR, could be such to the left off under ' UNINTENTIONAL ' like Congress President 's comment on SC. 99 % Political Parties running contrary to the Union Spirit of Indian Constitution. They are grossly neglecting Part IV in rendering Governance. Mandates of Part III also have been carried diversifying from the Objectives.
They even ignored and miscarried Essentials of 7th Schedule.
They have set aside the Constitutional Provisions which are subjected to Economic capacity WHILE BILLIONS OF CRORES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED FOR LOOT ; MILLIONS OF CRORES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED THROUGH CORRUPT PRACTICES.
They have totally kept away the PREAMBLE GUARANTEES OF JUSTICE, Social, Economic and political Security.
They have been indulging in promotion of enemity between CASTES AND RELIGIONS FORGETTING THE CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES OF LIFE AND FRATERNITY.
THEY HAD ALSO DILUTED JUDICIARY keeping it insufficient and inadequate .
Some are going against Union Spirit seconding Jammu and Kashmir Province WHILE DEPRIVING PEOPLE FROM CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES.
EVEN Jammu and Kashmir ALSO NEED TO BE SET UNDER UNION SPIRIT TO SAVE THE INNOCENT PEOPLE who have been kept away from basic Education and Adequate means of Livelihood.

This is to lead these 2 personalities to fail in Elections JUST AND JUST TO AVOID THE CORRUPTION CONTROLS OF MODY LEAD BJP.
