On 23rd November 2019 I passed through toll near Meerut. I told the toll operator that I have got fastag but she told that it is not working. Hence, I paid cash ₹ 85.00. Later I saw my mobile with the message that ₹ 85.00 is deducted from my fastag wallet also. Time on the Cash Receipt and deduction from fastag is same. I wrote the email to fastag.hdfcbank@..... sending the copy of the SMS and a photo copy of cash receipt.... Since then, I have sent two reminder emails. But no response is received and also there is no credit of the duplicate amount in my fastag a/c..... Now what????? Feeling unhappy .... more
