heal spur

my wife has developed heal spur which is very painful.Are there any effective home remedies to cure such spurs? more

I suffered from heal spur for 7-8 months about 12 years back. I tried every solution but Nothing worked. Finally I found exercises shown on www.healthyindianow.in Within 15 days I got complete relief. No medicine or other exercise will give 100% relief from heal spur. Now I can walk bare foot for 10s of KMS on concrete without any problem. more

Wearing footwear with MCR( micro cellular rubber) cushion would help a lot. Medicines may not be that effective. more

Had the same problem few years back and took homeopathy treatment for relief. Apart from this don't wear hard sole shoes/chappals etc. Padding / inner soles is a must too. more

Dear Srinivasa , I agree with Mr P. K. Gupta . But the potency of medicine should be 200 instead of 30 . Give your wife Thuja 200 / 2-4 drops diluted in 100 ml of drinking water once daily in empty stomach regularly for one month . Then if it is not completely cured next potency of 1M (1000) of the same medicine weekly dose will certainly give the complete cure of Heel Spur. more
