Cholesterol can be measure by blood test (Lipid profile). Each lab has different test procedure so make sure choose only one lab. I choose Dr LAL Pab labs and going for test once in 6 months. more

Thanks Lokendra, will use this as it is easy to find both curry leaves and curd. I was just thinking to take sesame as preventive, got habit of prevention from our IT Defect prevention strategies:) May be a silly question, How our cholesterol is measured? more

Hi Renuka, To reduce the cholesterol you can try to take 3-4 curry leaves, chew properly and take it with one spoon curd in morning empty stomach. I am using this from the last 1 yr and cholesterol is reduced. more

Hi Shikha, Alka, I need to buy Sesame Oil as I learnt that it helps in reducing Cholesterol, Found so many companies/brands for same. which one should we buy? I have never purchased it so far. What exactly should we check while buying this oil? have you bought this ever? Your recommendation will help. Thanks. more
