I am not sure which circle is best to ask this Q so trying out here. Can someone tell me for a self employed couple, what is best way to get health insurance. Ideally a policy that will cover parents also. Please share specific info if you an as to what company is best. more

There are many options available for Health Insurance. However one needs to check the cover provided by various policies and the specific requirement. Various Companies provide different covers suitable for different needs. One therefore has to keep in mind all of this while taking a policy. So all the Companies are good...the best is which gives the required cover at the best price...So the best Company will be different for different people at different times. Health insurance is a must in today's day and age and more importantly` adequate `health insurance . I personally have a 5 lac cover from Max bupa , the also cover parents .. I had a claim in Medanta once which was approved in 4 hours so i suppose the service is good , hope it remains the same. Also all national General insurance companies are good with almost same coverage features at a much less price tag. Ie united health insurance. Go for one which suits your pocket but and helath cover requirement. more
