Health Issue an Important Part of a life - Govt. Hospitals vs Private Hospitals
I would like to raise my voice against the health issues in the country.
I have seen more than 20 hospitals of Delhi and UP state where I checked physically the treatment of the patients and the facilities given to the common man is horrible.
Lack of medicines, Long queues, bad manners hospital's staff, bribe, dirty lobbies, non-availability of doctors, non-availability of blood. Poor patients are on mercy of hospitals staff.
If you visit GTB Hospital, Shahdara, I am sure you would not like to visit again.
The another side of scene is private hospitals where all the facilities are available but they are so costly that a common man can not bear the cost. If you go to private doctors to meet, they are charging heavy fee range from Rs. 1000/- to 2000/-. How can a middle class or common can bear the cost of heavy expenses on health issue? If a doctor see 10 patient per day, can you calculate his income per day and that is also in cash no bill, no receipt etc.
I wish that all circles members are also well aware on the issue and need support from all of you to raise voice against Poor Quality Health system in the country and bring the Medical Regulatory Bill in parliament.
I also would like to mention that all MBBS, MD Doctors should not charged the fee more than Rs. 100/- per patient.

I'm also agree with Mr. gulzar. Dr. Are charging exhorbitant fees which a common man can't afford. It added to the stess one already has. more

I agree with Mr. Gulzar, The fee of the Doctor should be very reasonable say Rs 100/- per patient. However, Society can start community clinic with retired doctors and voluntary part time doctors for general ailments, almost free or with very nominal charges say Rs 10/- or 20/- per patient. The medicines can also be provided free by getting the contribution from eligible members of the society. These clinics can be established and run in Mandirs ,Schools. community Centers or any such place available in the locality. Mr. ravi Grover has given a very important view, to remain healthy and not fall sick frequently so as to avoid the need to visit a doctor. more

Yeah Mr.Gulzaar,nice to read your post..it's not only about Delhi and U.P hospitals,entire nation is suffering from very same miserable problem..And mose important no one is ready to take any responsbility..it's shameful.. more

there is a lot of burden and work pressure on the staff and doctors .this is all due to population and lack of hospitals.but it is a big expenditure for govt.to set up new hospitals. the govt. can use private hospitals by paying them. so there is no need to spend on infrastructure. more
