HEART ATTACKS.

HEART ATTACKS.

Older people do not normally drink enough water. That thickens the blood and makes the heart work harder.
Have a glass of water by your bed. If your heart starts to pound, take 4 or 5 good swallows and you'll find that your heart will

Afterwards: CALL EMERGENCY.
- say "heart attack!"
- say that you have taken 2 aspirin..
- phone a neighbor or a family member who lives close by
- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and...
