Heart Healthy Loaded Health Drink!
Ingredients:•
1 cup ginger juice - Use a grater to prepare ginger pulp and then squeeze it into a glass •
1 cup crushed garlic •
1 cup lemon juice •
1 cup apple cider vinegar •
5 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except the honey, in a small pot and heat over medium heat for 30 minutes. Be sure to stir the mixture every few minutes.
2. Remove the mixture from the heat and wait for it to cool completely.
3. Add the honey, mix well and pour the drink into a clean bottle. The bottle can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two months.
Drink one teaspoon of the mixture every morning before eating or drinking. In a short time, you’ll feel its many active ingredients start to work and you’ll know that you are taking good care of your heart and blood vessels. more
