Heavy rush in meeting with CM Arvind Kejriwal- Reasons

There is heavy rush in public meeting held by Arvind Kejriwal CM in Delhi. On Saturday Kejriwal left Janta Darbar midway finding situation uncontrollable due to stampede like situation. Lets try to understand why is this hurry and large crowd of complaining people. Here are few reasons.

1. The earlier leaders were not easily accessable
2. Problems of people remain unaddressed for past 65 years
3. People feel problem are addressed best when taken from top
4. Hurry to get problem addressed as not sure how long congress will support AAP.
5. Hope to get problem addressed as AAP seem concerned to rectify.
6. Call of CM to come and meet.
7 Red tap-ism of administrative officers is also the reason. Most of the administrative officers exploit the system for their benefit. They behave like ruler.
8. This situation shows how Politicians in government and bureaucrats are ruling ? Actually they are inaccessible, complaints and grievances are not taken care by them.

This initial rush was expected, and if their problems are redressed, the same would slowly reduce. They should have checked with Bihar & Nitish for guidance. They can do that now also, instead of avoiding the same. It was supposed to be there again on Wednesday and then again this saturday . What hapenned? more
Thanks a lot Dr. Usha Maheshwari Ji. more
I completely agree with your suggestions. more
There has to be a grievance redressal mechanism/window in each department which should be manned by honest friendly officials/senior citizens who should hear the grievance patiently and explain the situation. If there is really a problem/hint of corruption, they should enter in a computer and send it to the concerned officer/head of dept. This will act as a check/fear for the officers/staff that if they are doing something wrong or demanding some document or other thing which is not required, there is somebody to see their wrongdoing and it will have its consequences in their service record/suspension. If the grievance is genuine, immediate action should be taken. Such mechanism is particularly required in corruption prone departments. Also requirement of unnecessary documents should be done away with. It is because there is nobody to sympathetically listen to their grievance at official level that they want to personally meet CM. If the above mechanism is introduced, there will be less rush to personally meet CM. more
You are right in mentioning all the points. more
