Hi , I have my UAN and I have registered it with the other number and now I am not usjing that number. And also I forgot my password too. So what I can do to change my number for UAN as I have changed my company also so the pf account number also been changed now. Pls share any idea.

In this circle members have mentioned about multiple UAN nos. and am reproducing the message below. Tried the link it just now and it does not respond, that could be because of technical reasons, keep trying and hopefully it would work in some time to come. Dear Vipin, UAN is an unique number you cannot change it once provided. Alternatively you can change the password in the PF portel. UAN is essential for transfer of funds from earlier employer to present employer. You can process this form 13 in the online and obtain signature from the previous employer (Digital signature) for approval and the PF department will do the needful. You can change many number of companies but UAN is only one. Even though the account numbers are differs. GKumar more

first of all you have to merge your old epf to the new one for that you have to fill up form 11 available in net just fill the application get it sign & stamped by your new or old organization & then submit in epf office then ask your your present employer to generate new uan & with that register in uan portal then u can see yr balance more
