Mr Khan - Yoga might have some role however there are stretching exercises which are prescribed for plantar fasciitis and they give relief as well however the complete cure may take some time. There are inserts which help with both conditions. Mr Sharma - your wife's knee pain is altogether a different disease , prob looks OA which is different from the condition which miss tankha is experiencing. In OA of knee patient normally high heels are avoided as it induces injury to the cartilages and bone of the affected joint, followed by an advise of wt loss and treatment for the underlying condition depending on the severity of the disease. Ms Tankha - meet with a good physician and start the treatment to avoid some long term residual impacts....rgds/Dr Punit Kamrah more
