So the alkaline foods that we must take are raw salads/fruits or half cooked-boiled,leafy/green/fresh and seasonal veges,duly kept in saline water for 3-4 hours,then flush washed to remove the effects of chemicals/insecticides/pesticides etc.before using n sprouts of moong,moth with few nuts like almond,walnut,angeer,munakka etc. soaked in water overnight,before use. Tea/coffee/eggs/non-veg/drinks,cold-soft-bitter/outside meals/ maggie/pasta/macroni/pizza/burger/bread/maida/besan(fried)-pakoda/samosa/processed/preserved/fried/salted/malted/pickles/jams/junk/fast/inorganic foods-colors,taste enhancers,artificial flavors or even the WHITE (crystle) S U G A R n market available SALT,(in the name of iodized salt) and Pulses and even M I L K or any M I L K Products/Cheese/Ghee/Sweets etc, are all acidic n poisonous and must not be taken,if to keep good health.It takes the body TWENTY-TWO HOURS to digest a spoon of WHITE SUGAR OR MAIDA products. Plz.try to avoid most if not all of them,drink more water 1 to 2 glasses,,early morning,empty stomach and one glass at bed time,but ONE HOUR BEFORE N AFTER MEALS, NO WATER, NO LIQUID/JUICE/NO COLD DRINK/LASSI. CHEW THE FOOD WELL,SIT IN VAJRA-AASAN FOR TEN MINUTES AFTER EVERY MEALS. TAKE THE LIGHT,EASILY DIGESTIBLE DINNER, BEFORE SUN SET OR 2-3 HOURS BEFORE SLEEP,ELSE AVOID DINNER. GO ON WEEKLY FAST N REMAIN ONLY ON SEASONAL FRESH FRUITS/JUICES/RAW SALAD/VEGES,WATER, LEMON-HONEY WATER(SHIKANJI) WITHOUT SUGAR OR SALT. EVERYTHING WE EAT CONTAINS ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF SUGAR N SALT. WE NEED HARDLY 5 GM OUTSIDE SALT DAILY,USE SENDHA NAMAK ONLY. AGAINST SUGAR,USE DESI/PURE GUD,JAGGERY,KHAND,IF PURE AVAILABLE.
