High-Speed Double Decker Non-AC & AC Made-in-India Coaches on Busy routes instead of exhorbitantly expensive Bullet Train
Double Decker Non-AC coaches (Made-in-India coaches) on Busy Night Train routes like Bangalore-Trivandrum, Bangalore-Chennai alongwith Double Decker AC Coaches on High Speed Transit of 160-200kms per hour is the need of the hour to carry more passengers per Night train on busy routes where 99% of times such Night trains get fully booked 1 week in advance atleast. This will benefit Indian Railways thru more revenues per train, Passengers in terms of availability & efficient usage of fuel as more passengers per 100 units of electricity consumed or per 100litres of diesel consumed.
Instead of 1 bullet train of 500kms costing Rs. 60,000Crores, one can make & introduce atleast 100 or more High Speed Trains with 20 Double-Decker Non-AC & AC coaches each train for Rs. 60,000 Crores more

It is good Idea to have both double decker high speed trains and Bullet train, with appropriately selected sectors, India needs fast connectivity. more
