HIGH TIME RAILWAYS LISTENS TO SUGGESTIONS AND REDRESS THE COMPLAINTS OF CUSTOMERS :

When passengers are respected & treated like Customers this will not happen. 80 % of the rail passengers pay money and travel . And yet the IRE is on the passengers . Proper taps , fittings ,sufficient dust bins and periodic cleaning is carried out by the staff (paid to do the job ) and give a clean coach . That’s how the uncouth , uneducated passengers will learn to upgrad themselves. . Do we want to keep them as they were endlessly .Shouldn’t they also be groomed to use the Posh Railways ? Of course the big ones get all the comforts when they travel . That particular day the entire train will be cleaned thoroughly (Like a road being laid specially when a Minister visits) .

The Railway Officers are going in for Cosmetic Surgery , rather than attending to what the railways has to do . The Like- Hofman- Busch Coaches made in India is far below the standard for the stature of Indian Railways .

* Population in India is a Problem . But that has to be taken as Challenge to converted into assets ; that makes more people travel and more Revenues . Cant the Railways think positively and try to attempt for a possible solution.
* We cant afford to sit on one problem and make sub standard Coaches .
* Cant afford to have Dis interested ,Unmotivated Staff.
* SHARE THE GOAL WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF TOP BRASS, MIDDLE LINE TILL THE CLASS IV .SHARE ALL THE LEGITIMATE PROBLEMS REPORTED WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF .LET THEM ALSO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE TO DO JUSTICE FOR WHAT THEY ARE PAID . (Remember the advice of our P.M. to the School Children on Republic day – Rights always comes with Responsibility .)

Just go through the attached news item ,Times of India , Times City Page to justify the statement . more

Why Railway should listen to your complaints. they are here to llot nation and why are you trying to prevent them from doing thsi constitutional secular right. Railway is obliging you. Do not ask for more. Our Board an dother fofficers hardly find time from collecting haffttas from pick pocketers, robbers, rpf, grp, vendors, passengers, contractors, caterers and so on so why are you disturbing them. They are epicentre of Tatkal business and have so many things to do. Do not disturb them. you may be in trouble. more
It is a matter of great concern that during Coach washing many fittings in the latrine are stolen, may be by small children, who collect bottles and allowed inside the coach. The question is what the RPF staff are doing at that time ????? more
it is common problem and even can be seen in premium trains like rajdhani and shtabdi, duranto and when we complain they will probably rectify or give some silly excuses and hence problem re-occurs again. more
The wrokman ship and quality of product is really down graded. This is attributed to the fact that in Coach Factories most of the work is done by private companies or say service providers. Effective quality control is missing. Where profit is only aim, the quality stands compromised. more
LHB is related to coach linking and suspension and has nothing to do with internal furnishing. However, ever since Coach manufacturing facilities are diversified (from ICF & BEML) to RCF, Kapurthala, it is my observation that quality of coaches has certainly gone down. Today, We have more such factories (at least one in Raibareilly). In general, quality of manufactured items in India is not up to the international standards, even though ours are perhaps better than China, the world's manufacturing hub. This is due to our inherent attitude of " Chalta Hai Chalne Do". This attitude is even stronger in North India. I also feel that Southern Railway and it's off-shoots (more such zones in other parts of India) don't maintain their coaches properly vis-a-vis SCR & WR etc. Unless Society changes it's attitude, None can improve. Think of it that We as a nation are thinking about eradicating open defeacation after 70 years of Independence. Wonder why Britishers didn't prohibit it. more
